Remember how I waxed poetic about Ohio strawberries and my grandmother’s strawberry jam? And how I said she taught me it’s the simple things that matter most?
Case in point. The simple, classic, utterly delicious and highly underrated pb&j.
It’s a thing of beauty. And when you pair it with a cold glass of milk – watch out world!
Mike prefers Jif extra crunchy peanut butter and a glass of whole milk while I prefer Krema natural creamy peanut butter and a glass of either soy or almond milk. On a side note, Krema is one of the oldest peanut butter companies around AND it’s right here in Ohio. Woot! Woot! And it’s incredibly delicious.
And one more thing – check out how much ass my dinosaur terrariums are kickin’.
And if you think these are sweet then you should check out the terrariums we have for sale Saturday mornings at the Kent Haymaker Farmers’ Market. They’re really rad.
Toasting the bread brings a pb&j to another level.
Very true Regina. Mmm…..
